Bikepure Cycle Team CX Races – December
BikePure CT will promote 2 cyclo cross races to fill in the gap in the calendar in December. There was a 7 week gap between the end of the supercross / ulster leagues and the nation championships. The club will promote races on Saturday 11th and the 28th of December.
We hope to attract everyone with a cross bike to race as the venue is 1 hour from Belfast and Dublin and we will have a good, fast course each day.
- 11th will be a woodland course- twisty route favouring bike handling designed by Ray O’Shaunassy
- 28th will be a different track- faster, open course to blow Christmas dinner off! designed by Irish vets XC champion Aiden Mc Donald
2 events will be promoted on each date, with separate prize funds to give all abilities a chance. The ‘b’ event will be at 12 sharp (50mins) whilst the elite event will start at 1pm (1 hour).

The events will held at the 300 acre Bellurgan park estate is situated about four miles east of Dundalk, and 44 miles north of Dublin. The venue hosted the successful Cuchulainn CC 12 hour race this summer. 1 mile from the M1 at Ballymac. Private land with secure car parking.
