DH Development Squad at IDMS Round 3
Seven of the DH Development Squad travelled from the top and the bottom of the country to race the IDMS RD 3 in the popular venue of Carrick in Glenealy.
The track was more about speed and keeping your flow than slow technical sections a hard track to make time on but an easy one to lose time by making mistakes. Some crashes during race runs didn’t hinder 6 of the guys getting onto podium.
Individual Results
Under 14
- Jack Crowley finished 1st giving him all three wins in the IDMS so far.
Under 16
- Ben Kennedy finished in 1st place and forth fastest time of the day beating over half the elites.
- Jacob Dickson finished 2nd and 9th overall from 180+ Riders.
- Luke Cornforth finished 3rd giving him podium at all IDMS races
Junior
- Stephen McCormack finished 1st winning by over 8 seconds and his 3rd win in idms
Elites
- Christopher McGlinchy finished 5th in Elites only 2.8 sec off the win
- Cameron Cornforth finished 10th with a mechanical and would of won Juniors
