First training session for the Cyclo-cross Development Squad

On Sunday 22 September 2024 the cyclo-cross development squad met at the McCrystal Cyclo-cross track in County Louth. The squad is made up of second year Under 16s, Juniors and Under 23s. The 17 riders were provided with an overview then split into three groups for some cyclo-cross skills training. After a tech talk and discussion about season planning and goal setting the group were put through a 30 minute mini race session. Thanks to the coaches Mark Harvey, Alan Bingham and Graham Boyd.
